Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism under BCBA supervision.

The roles offer part-time schedules with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, and opportunities to pursue RBT certification through complimentary training. Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a related degree is a plus.
• Experience or exposure to ABA therapy or working with children is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and transportation reliability.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
