Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with growth potential to full-time as caseloads expand.

Roles include 1:1 work with children using ABA, with opportunities for complimentary RBT training and advancement to BCBA‑tracked pathways. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus (for those averaging 25 hours/week), holiday pay, and travel mileage

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
