Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers training to become an RBT, a supportive and growth-focused environment, and a path from BA to RBT. Role involves working with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with 1:1 sessions, data collection, and family communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• ABA therapy or related field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
