Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Roles include 1:1 sessions, ABA-based plans, and data collection under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs may be required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision, team meetings and ongoing training.
