Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs in Oregon. The roles offer flexible, part-time schedules with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, and the chance to enroll in complimentary RBT training.

Join a supportive ABA provider focused on children with autism. Roles involve 1:1 work under a BCBA, data collection, family communication, and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
