Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism using ABA techniques under supervision. Roles offer growth from Behavior Assistant to RBT with training opportunities and advancement.

Positions are part-time with potential for full-time as caseloads expand, and include benefits like training, travel reimbursements, and retirement options where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to sit on the floor, assist clients, and manage client comfort during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
