Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants to work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with pathways to become RBT. Flexible part-time scheduling and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA-based plans, collecting data, and communicating with families and clinical teams, with training provided and a supportive growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is advantageous.
• Ability to engage clients, attend sessions and follow supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
