Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism.

Roles are part-time with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering flexible scheduling and a clear growth path toward becoming an RBT. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs during sessions.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to sit on the floor, move from seated to standing, and engage clients throughout sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
