Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Gainesville, FL is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA. Roles offer training to become an RBT, a clear career growth path, flexible scheduling, and benefits including paid time, travel reimbursement where applicable, and opportunities to advance within

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Must meet local licensure, credentialing, and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
