Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Florida to join a supportive, growth‑focused team.

Part‑time roles offer the chance to advance to full‑time as caseloads grow and training toward RBT certification is provided. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, participate in data collection, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy or related child services.
• Ability to engage and support children with autism.
• Reliable transportation to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
