Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles in Florida, with growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will receive complimentary RBT training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance; roles require travel locally and offer flexible scheduling, paid holidays, sick time, and a path to BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
