Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Florida. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA and have opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
