Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) invites you to join as an Entry Level Behavior Assistant or an experienced RBT. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with a clear pathway to RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Active engagement with clients, sitting on the floor and moving between positions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
