Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles in Union City, NJ.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. PBS offers complimentary RBT training, flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, and benefits for 30+ hours per week, including travel reimbursement where applicable, and a clear growth pathway toward BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree/field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
