Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in New Jersey. Part-time positions are available with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers complimentary RBT training and a growth-focused environment to help you advance to the RBT credential. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, and track progress using PBS tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
