Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Caldwell, NJ invites applications for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions with a pathway to full-time as caseloads grow.

No prior certification required; PBS offers complimentary training to become an RBT and options for Student Analysts toward BCBA. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision, implement ABA plans, and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
