Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in New Jersey. Roles are part-time with potential growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will support children with autism using ABA under a BCBA’s supervision and pursue complimentary RBT training. PBS offers a comprehensive benefits package, a clear career growth pathway to become an RBT, and travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a related bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
