Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Dickson, TN. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand and provide opportunities for hands-on ABA training.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing plans, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams. Training is provided, with potential for advancement to RBT status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
