Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and RBTs in Tennessee. You will work 1:1 with children with autism, following ABA plans under supervision, and collect data to monitor progress. Training to become an RBT is provided as part of career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally and engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
