Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Tennessee for part-time roles with growth potential to full-time as caseloads expand. The organization offers complimentary RBT training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance to an RBT.

Local licensure and certifications may apply. Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, using ABA strategies, and collaborating with families and clinical teams to monitor

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
