Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Tennessee is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Assistant or an Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.

This role is part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, paid training to become an RBT, and mileage/travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; relevant bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is preferred.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and assist lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
