Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry‑level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism using ABA strategies. Roles are part-time with growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS provides complimentary RBT training, mentorship, and a clear career pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT, with travel where required and a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; psychology/education a plus.
Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
Attend scheduled supervisions, meetings and ongoing training.
