Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in 1:1 sessions under BCBA supervision.

Part-time roles offer mentoring, training to become an RBT, and opportunities to grow into full-time caseloads. The team provides flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises and a quarterly bonus, paid travel, and a 40-hour RBT training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degrees are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• All roles subject to local licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
