Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in homes, schools and communities. Roles include 1:1 work under BCBA supervision, enrollment in complimentary RBT training, and growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

All positions require meeting local/state licensure and certification requirements; the team enjoys mentoring, flexible schedules and a clear growth pathway to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Must meet local/state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
