Job summary

Volunteers of America Southeast, Inc in Mobile, AL is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead the development and implementation of behavior support programs for individuals with disabilities. You will conduct behavioral observations, functional assessments, and monitor interventions, reporting to the Regional Director.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Board Certification as Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred or eligibility to sit for exam.
• A valid Alabama driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• The Behavior Analyst is responsible for the overall development and implementation of behavior support programs.
