Job summary

The Center for Discovery is seeking a Behavior Specialist/Analyst to provide ABA-based behavior intervention services in residential and school settings. Responsibilities include functional behavior assessments, analyzing behavior, and hands-on skills training while consulting with staff.

This in-person role requires 4-10 or 5-8 hour days, and one weekend day plus one evening per month. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s with BCBA preferred, or at least a Bachelor's in psychology or ABA, with
