Jimmy Jazz is seeking a Behavior Specialist/Analyst to provide applied behavior analysis-based interventions in residential and school settings. The role involves conducting assessments, delivering intensive skills training, and consulting with staff.

In-person position with varied hours and weekend/evening commitments. Candidates should have a Master’s with BCBA credentials preferred, or a bachelor’s in psychology/ABA.

Qualifications

Job Overview:

The Behavior Specialist/Analyst provides behavior intervention services for identified individuals using principles of applied behavior analysis and other evidence-based strategies. Primary duties include conducting behavioral assessments (functional behavior assessments and analyses), providing hands-on intensive skills training, and staff consultation and training within a residential and school setting. This is an in-person position, working either 4-10 hour days or 5-8 hour days. The position requires one weekend day per month, as well as one evening until 8pm per month.

Qualifications:

• Master’s with BCBA credentials highly preferred
• Minimally a bachelor's degree in psychology, ABA, or other related field (additional RBT or BCaBA certification preferred)

Salary Range:

$53,000 - $115,000 (Based on experience, certification & education)
