Job summary

Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) in San Antonio is seeking a Behavior Analyst I to provide senior level behavior analysis services, supervision to behavioral health staff, and development of behavior support plans for individuals with cognitive, developmental, or health-related needs.

This role requires strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis, guidelines, and reporting; you will train staff, assess function of challenging behaviors, and contribute to ensuring quality services

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology or related field.
• Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or QBA; Texas licensure preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior behavior analysis services and supervision to staff.
• Develop and implement behavior support plans and assessments.
• Train staff on positive, effective behavior intervention approaches.
