Why the Behavior Respite Program Stands Out

Step into a leadership role where you oversee a structured, three-tiered ABA model designed to focus on proactive strategies, client engagement, and meaningful support—without the intensive demands of skill acquisition programs. Our antecedent-based intervention approach prioritizes stability, comfort, and positive experiences for clients while providing much-needed relief for families. Unlike traditional ABA models, this program offers a low-data collection requirement, with progress reports completed just once a year, allowing you to focus on direct impact rather than paperwork.

As a BCBA leading this program, you will make an immediate difference by supervising a dedicated team, creating personalized strategies, and ensuring that families receive high-quality, compassionate care. Parents can take a much-needed break with confidence, knowing their loved ones are safe and in capable and caring hands. This is an opportunity to expand your leadership, work in a collaborative environment, and shape a program that truly prioritizes family well-being.
