Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in Southern New Jersey seeks a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within our residential programs. The role includes implementing behavioral interventions and developing individualized plans across locations in Burlington, Camden, Atlantic and other counties.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral support interventions and activities.
• Conduct ABS or PBS functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans.
• Develop crisis plans within 48 hours of admission and debrief with family.
• Provide direct supervision to behavior technicians as certified.
• Modify support plans based on data-driven evaluations.
• Provide staff training.
• Coordinate care across multiple NJ counties.
• Maintain documentation with high accuracy.

• Pay or shift range: $80,000 USD to $90,000 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work within our residential programs located throughout Southern New Jersey NJ.

Schedule: 40 hours; Monday-Friday; On-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral support interventions and activities
• Provide ABS or PBS Functional behavioral assessments and development of a behavior support plan
• Complete the initial crisis plan development, documentation and consultation within 48 hours of admission
• Complete initial crisis plan debriefing with family and youth 48 hours after admission
• Provide direct supervision to behavior technician as indicated in the certification
• Modify support plan based on frequent systematic evaluation of direct observational data
• Provide training to staff
• Provide specialized assessment of needs and consultation as to resources necessary to meet youth/family needs
• Assist with developing a family safety plan, resolving the crisis and referring of services to access appropriate treatment, stabilization, level of care and service plan
• Diffuse the crisis using crisis intervention strategies
• Work with team members to coordinate care for all clients served
• Maintain documentation with 98% accuracy, and within the required time frame
• Participate in team meetings and staff meetings
• Attend state required sponsored trainings as scheduled
• Implement individualized behavior support plans
• Present plans to behavior intervention committee for approval
• Travel between locations in Burlington, Camden, Atlantic, Cumberland, Gloucester Counties, Somerset Monmouth, Salem etc...

Qualifications:

A Master’s degree (MA/MS) degree in psychology or related field with specialization in Behavior Analysis required;

NJ Board certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required;

• Valid Driver's License required.
