AB Spectrum in Florissant, MO is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs, supervise clinicians, and partner with families to drive meaningful progress for children with autism. You will focus on clinical excellence, supervise registered behavior technicians, and coordinate with therapists and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through BACB.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
