Attain, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team.

The role focuses on developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized behavioral plans to support adults with intellectual disabilities in community-based and residential settings. You will conduct behavior skills training, provide feedback to caregivers, and collaborate with our Clinical Director to achieve person-centered objectives.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with at least 3 years of post-certification experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.
• Experience in community-based and residential settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Salary: Up to $95,000 salary plus full benefits.

BCBAs are eligible for performance bonuses Monthly/quarterly to for a salary and performance bonuses up to $95,000 Annually.

Requirements: The ideal candidates will possess current credentials as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) with a minimum of 3 year experience post BCBA certification working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism ad other developmental disabilities.
