We aim to help our residents overcome problem behaviors and achieve their personal goals. Attain, Inc. serves over 120 clients and employees approximately 400 employees.
Location: Services are to be provided within the community-based day program and residential settings in Greater Orlando and Lake County Areas.
Salary: Up to $95,000 salary plus full benefits.
BCBAs are eligible for performance bonuses Monthly/quarterly to for a salary and performance bonuses up to $95,000 Annually.

Requirements: The ideal candidates will possess current credentials as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) with a minimum of 3 year experience post BCBA certification working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism ad other developmental disabilities.
