Attain, Inc. in Greater Orlando and Lake County areas is seeking a committed Behavior Analyst with BCBA credentials to join an interdisciplinary team.
You will develop and adjust behavioral plans and support plans for adults with intellectual disabilities, collaborating with the Clinical Director to promote health, safety, and independence. The role involves direct support, behavior skills training for caregivers, and program development across community-based and residential settings.

Location: Services are to be provided within the community-based day program and residential settings in Greater Orlando and Lake County Areas.
Salary: Up to $95,000 salary plus full benefits.
BCBAs are eligible for performance bonuses Monthly/quarterly to for a salary and performance bonuses up to $95,000 Annually.

Requirements: The ideal candidates will possess current credentials as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) with a minimum of 3 year experience post BCBA certification working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism ad other developmental disabilities.
