You will work within an interdisciplinary team, alongside the Clinical Director, to support person-centered outcomes and promote safety and independence. The role involves direct support in community-based day programs and residential settings in Greater Orlando and Lake County, with salary up to $95,000 plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and three years post-certification experience with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and adjust behavioral plans and interventions.
• Conduct behavior skills training and provide performance feedback to caregivers.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team with the Clinical Director to meet person-centered goals.
