Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma, experience with children, and First Aid/CPR certification; STAR training is preferred and on-site supervision is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in managing activities for children (volunteer or paid).
• First Aid/CPR certification required or to be completed within first year.
• STAR substitute training within one year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all phases of the BTB program.
• Establish and maintain positive communication with students, parents, staff and Site Lead.
• Ensure proper supervision at all times.
• Coordinate activities with volunteers.
• Perform general housekeeping duties for the program.
