AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Site Director at Roosevelt Elementary School in Norman, OK, to lead after-school programs and create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for students. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate activities, work with families and school staff, and ensure high-quality program delivery.

The role is part-time with morning and/or afternoon shifts, and requires CDA or CCP credentials and related training; starting pay is $21.50 per hour with benefits for

Qualifications

• CDA certification current
• CCP Credential current
• 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD
• Oklahoma Certificate of Mastery current
• 1050 hours of training and Master Teachers test (proof of certificate)

• Ensure successful implementation of engaging programs that support children's development.
• Complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and curiosity by leading clubs built on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment that fosters relationships among staff, children, parents, and the school.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; AM 6:30 am - 8:00 am and/or PM 2:30 pm- 6:00 pm

You can meet the job requirements in one of the following ways
