Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc in Norman, OK is seeking a Part-Time Group Leader Master Teacher with CDA certification or CCP credential to guide after-school activities at Monroe and Adams Elementary. You will lead engaging programs that advance children’s development.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday with morning and/or afternoon shifts. Pay starts at $17.50 per hour, with part-time benefits, PTO, referral rewards, and tuition discounts for dependents.

Qualifications

• Must have CDA certification or CCP credential.
• 12 or more credit hours in ECE/CD/SA.
• Oklahoma Certificate of Mastery or equivalent.
• 1050 hours of training and Master Teachers test (proof required).

Responsibilities

• Ensure engaging after-school programs that support children's development across physical, social, emotional, and intellectual domains.
• Lead adventurous activities and clubs that ignite curiosity and creativity.
• Foster a caring, family-oriented environment with positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships.

Location:

Monroe Elementary / Adams Elementary - Norman, OK

Schedule:

AM 6:30 am - 8:00 am and/or PM 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm on Monday-Friday.

Pay & Benefits:

• starting at $17.50 per hour (Current CDA Certification/ Master Teacher rate)

You can meet the job requirements in one of the following ways:
