Job summary

AlphaBEST Education Site Director: Eyestone Elementary School in Wellington, CO, leads before- and after-school programs and oversees day-to-day site operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Colorado Shines PDIS Level 2 or higher.
• Previous experience in team leadership and/or supervision is preferred.
• Ability to work in a classroom environment, including regular bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred; training can be provided if needed.

• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success

Pay: $20.50-$25.00/hr (based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Thursday AM/PM Split shift (6:30 am-8:30 am / 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm) Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
