Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking an enthusiastic Before and After School Program Leader for Fremont, CA. Your role guides TK-5th graders through daily activities in a structured, high-energy environment.

You’ll run a focused curriculum, keep spaces clean, foster inclusive relations with children, teammates, and school staff, and participate in a team that supports student growth.

Competitive pay is $22 per hour with a $300 hiring bonus, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or higher, 48 college credits, or paraeducator exam.
• Experience with early learning environments preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, during school hours.

Before and After School Program Leader/Primary School Professional - Fremont CA

Location(s): Brookvale Elementary and Forest Park - TK-5th Grade

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm (with two shifts offered) and no weekends!

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Program Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help children learn, grow, and thrive.

• Associate's Degree or higher
• 48 College Credit Hours
• Passed a Paraeducator Exam.
