Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Group Leader for Brookvale Elementary and Forest Park TK-5th Grade. You will oversee daily curriculum activities and ensure student safety in a structured, high-energy environment.

This role offers a $22.00 per hour wage, a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 am to 6 pm (two shifts, no weekends), and a $300 signing bonus. Experience helping kids learn, grow, and thrive is valued.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate's degree or higher.
• Completion of 48 college credits.
• Paraprofessional exam passing required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff

You Will Need One Of The Following To Apply
