Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. in California seeks a part-time Program Leader for the San Ramon Valley, CA sites to inspire and supervise after-school adventures. The role offers a $300 hiring bonus and pays $24.00 per hour, with a Mon-Fri schedule and no weekends.

You will lead groups of students through activities across fitness, arts, technology, and more, fostering curiosity and belonging while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have 15 semester units or equivalent.
• At least four years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• 12 units of courses that cover child growth and development, human growth and development, child, family, and community, or program/curriculum.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency.

Here's what you'll need:

• At least four years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center
• 12 units of courses that cover child growth and development, human growth and development, child, family, and community, or program/curriculum
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations

• As an AlphaBEST Program Leader, you'll be trained to do the following:
