AlphaBEST Education is seeking a part-time Group Leader in Sterling, MA to guide students through daily activities across language, science, fitness, maker and arts tracks. Emphasis on child safety and maintaining a clean, organized space is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Experience teaching or in classroom leadership.
• Experience in youth programs.
• Experience in staff supervision or team leadership.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
