AlphaBEST Education, Inc. in Malden, MA is seeking an Early Learning Group Leader Assistant to help shape meaningful before- and after-school moments. You will assist with daily curriculum activities and support a safe, high-energy learning environment.

This role emphasizes child safety, reliability, and teamwork as you build strong relationships with kids, families, and school staff while guiding students through World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker and Arts activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
