AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring for the 2026/2027 school year at Merritt School and Bryan School in New Jersey. The Group Leader role pays $17.00/hour and runs from 7:00-8:45am and 2:45-6:30pm, supporting before and after school programs.

You'll lead a group of students through curriculum activities, prioritize child safety, keep spaces organized, and build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
