Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring a Group Leader to supervise and guide students in our before and after school programs at Cranbury School. You will lead daily activities across language, science, fitness, maker and arts, while prioritizing safety and inclusion.

The role provides hands-on leadership experience with children and requires CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain). This position is ideal for students pursuing education or child development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
