AlphaBEST Education, Inc is seeking a Group Leader to oversee before- and after-school activities at Churchland Academy. You will guide a group of students through daily curriculum activities including World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts in a high-energy, structured environment.

Ideal candidates hold a High School diploma or GED, CPR and First Aid certification, and have at least 6 months of experience with children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• At least 6 months experience instructing children in a group setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

Pay: $16.00

Hours: AM shift 6:00am-9am PM Shift 3:30pm-6pm Must work both shifts

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
• Must have a high school diploma or GED,
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 6 months experience instructing children in a group setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
