Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc in Kentucky is seeking a Group Leader to support before- and after-school programs in Kenton/Independence. You will guide a small group of students through daily activities and ensure a safe, engaging environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, and at least 6 months of school-age experience. Part-time schedule includes morning and early-evening shifts, with benefits and a $200 hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• 6 months school age experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

Location(s): Kenton/Independence KY-Caywood, Kenton, Hinsdale, River Ridge, Summit, Taylor Mill, White Tower and St Paul Floaters needed

Hours:: AM Shift 7am-9am Shift 3:30pm-6pm Must be able to work both shifts

Pay $15.00 $200.00 Hiring Bonus
