Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Group Leader for Kenton/Independence KY locations to guide students through daily activities in World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker and Arts, while maintaining a safe and engaging environment.

You will lead groups, keep spaces clean, and build strong relationships with kids, families and school staff, prioritizing child safety at all times. Prior experience with school-age children is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• 6 months school age experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

$200.00 Hiring bonus

Location(s): Kenton/Independence KY-Caywood, Kenton, Hinsdale, River Ridge, Summit, Taylor Mill, White Tower and St Paul Floaters needed

Hours:: AM Shift 7am-9am Shift 3:30pm-6pm Must be able to work both shifts

Pay $15.00
