Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring a Part-time After-School Group Leader/Assistant for Bamford Elementary School in Loveland, CO. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00/2:30 pm–6:00 pm.

Lead a small student group through World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker and Arts activities, while keeping safety first and maintaining a clean, organized space.

Must be at least 16 and have 460 hours of childcare experience; able to work a flexible schedule; comply with CO childcare licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must maintain child safety as a top priority.
• Experience supervising or mentoring children.
• Ability to adapt to varied activities and schedules.

AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations

Pay & Benefits

• $15.25-$16.25 per hour (depending on experience)
